You need to share vision of what you do and know when and how you need to collaborate.

Agile

Taking the role as a RTE (Release Train Engineer) for an ART (Agile Release Train), many teams working together. The RTE work as a servant leader and coach and support other leaders for the teams in the ART to deliver. The RTE is also responsible for continuous improvements in the ART and facilitator all agile events and processes. Certified in the agile framework SAFe.

Project manager

Taking the role as a project manager to secure deliveries and work with risks in a team. Working with team development to get a good process in software development. Certified in project management IPMA.

Program manager

Taking the role as program manager for a program with several projects. Coach and support other leaders to secure deliveries and work with risks.

Change management

Work with change management as continuous improvements or in a bigger perspective with changes in process and how to work in a more efficient way, in for example value streams. Support to realize and implement the change in your organization. Training as a Professional Management Consultant (PMC).
